In consideration of the Syrian Specification No. 518/99 related to dry pressed ceramic tiles, The Sample is classified as follows:

- Class (1) with regard to Spot  testing by Blue Methylen  and Potassium permanganate.

- Class (AA) regarding resistance to Domestic Chemicals, Swimming Pool Salts , Acids and Al kali.

- Water absorption   =  or  <  3 % .

  1. 1st Class ( 1 ) with degree of absorption   E  = or <  3 %
  2. Class (1) with regard to the spots resistance.
  3. Class ( AA ) regarding resistance against Acids  and Alkali.
  4. Class (3) regarding wear  resistance
